myauthorwebsite.net is operated by Author Services LLC. These terms cover your use of this website. If you buy a site from us, the hosting agreement you sign at checkout governs that service, and where the two differ, the hosting agreement wins.

What this website is for

Reading about the service, looking at sites we have built, and buying one. You may use it for those things. You may not attempt to break it, to read data that is not yours, or to use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.

The example sites

The sites shown here were built for real authors and are shown with their books. The books, covers and words belong to their authors and publishers, not to you and not to us. They are here to show what the design work looks like.

What we charge

$999 once for the design and setup, then hosting at $199 a year or $19.99 a month. Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change; the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current. We do not promise it is free of mistakes, and nothing on it is a guarantee about how your book will sell.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for providing the service you pay for, on the terms of the hosting agreement. We are not responsible for losses that do not follow from that — lost sales, lost royalties, or anything you relied on this website to tell you. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms. The current version is always at /terms, and the version below tells you which one you are reading.
